Case Management

In an effort to offer support to community members who do not qualify for financial assistance and provide additional support services to those that do, BSAO provides case management services.
Rather than just paying a bill, we want to provide the tools and resources to empower an individual experiencing the crisis. It creates an environment that encourages our clients to use a challenging time as an opportunity to better themselves.
Case management services include but are not limited to:
- Applying for government assistance including SNAP, Medicaid, and/or Unemployment.
- Provide referrals and seamless connection to other local resources.
- Completing support assessments to develop individualized action plans.
